​Terms & Conditions

If our product is dead upon arrival (DOA), we will gladly issue you a credit (or free re-ship) on your purchase. The following terms and conditions apply to our guarantee:

• Aquaholic Aquaculture will issue a credit (or free re-ship) for the purchase amount of product that is DOA. This credit is for the product only and does not cover shipping or packaging costs.

 

• Losses must be reported to Aquaholic Aquaculture within 12 hours of receiving the shipment. To be eligible to receive credit, you must email us at Sales@AquaholicAquaculture.com and include three photos: (1) A photo of the dead product(s), (2) a photo of the shipping packaging, and (3) a photo of the shipping label. Alternatively, you may complete and submit our DOA Claim Form below.

 

• Someone must be present to accept the shipment on the first delivery attempt.

 

• Please unpack and store/acclimate all products as soon as the shipment is received.
