HOW LONG BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Order processing is 1-3 days from receipt of order. However, orders typically ship next day. Transit time depends on shipping carrier and method, and varies between 1-3 days. For information regarding available shipping methods and transit times please visit our Shipping page.
Do you have an order cut off time?
Orders placed after 12pm (noon) EST on Wednesday will ship the following week. This is to ensure that our products and livestock arrive to you safely.

We guarantee Live Arrival of all of our REEFreshments® and Aquaholic Aquaculture® products. If your product is DOA, please complete our DOA Claim Form or email us at Sales@AquaholicAquaculture.com within 12 hours of receipt of delivery.
